2025 Holloran Rosé From Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
Tasting notes
Gentle whole-cluster pressing imparts a delicate rose gold hue with subtle onion-skin highlights, setting the tone for this elegant rosé. The nose is vibrant, offering aromas of fresh strawberry and tart rhubarb, and a distinct mineral edge reminiscent of wet stone. On the palate, it shows a rounded midpalate balanced by bright, juicy acidity. The finish offers energy and precision, long and refreshing. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with melon & prosciutto, or try with Spicy Peanut Noodles Drink 2026- 2028.

The 2025 growing season featured consistent, warm conditions, with occasional heat spikes. None were significant enough to cause major problems, with fruit development & ripening proceeding rapidly. We pressed gently and slowly to allow for minimal color extraction. We then fermented in stainless steel.
